Derek is a true Renaissance boy—whether he’s on the soccer field, baseball diamond, basketball court or on the stage, he pours his heart into everything he does. His passion for theater began at Arts Express summer camp last year, and he was further inspired when his younger sister starred in their holiday musical. Earlier in 2026, he also performed in his school’s production of Annie. Derek is beyond thrilled to make his debut in this show!
