Artists Eat Too (AET) Team Sponsorship - $500
Sponsor the meal provided for the cast and crew between matinee and evening performances
- Actors, musicians and crew only get a short rest on days with both a matinee and evening show, so the provided meal is greatly appreciated by all!
- Food and delivery arranged by AET staff
- Recognition in playbill
- Sponsors will receive a thank you letter or video from the cast
Sponsorships in Support of AET Education Programs
Monte Awards Sponsorship - $5,000
Your support for this program helps our brightest high school stars to grow their skills and puts a spotlight on the creative teams of high school productions
- The Monte Awards program recognizes up and coming high school talent in Southern Arizona
- Includes funding to support adjudication of local High School musicals, extensive coaching of participating students, and transportation of Monte Award winners to New York for the Jimmy Awards
- Earns recognition in the Monte Awards curtain speech, playbill and on website
- Invitation to sit at the Producer’s table for the Monte Awards Finals
Summer Production Sponsorship - $1,500
Your support helps the youngest aspiring artists to take the stage during summer musical theatre camp
- Demonstrates commitment to AET Summer Camp programs and the AET Education programs
- Earns recognition in the pre-performance curtain speech, playbill and on website
- Invitation to sit at the Producer’s table for one of the AET Summer Camp Productions
Scholarships for Summer Camp - $750 per student
Enable a financially disadvantaged youth to have an enriching musical theatre camp experience
- Demonstrates specific support for a student aged 8 to 18 to allow participation in the June or July summer camps
- Earns recognition in pre-performance curtain speech, playbill and on website
- Sponsors will receive a thank you letter or video from the scholarship recipient
Drama Club Sponsorship - $250
Ensure young artists can have unique artistic experiences all year long
- The Drama Club is a fun and educational forum for ages 8 to 18
- The Club is devised to build skills, cultivate friendships, and develop mentors in the field of musical theatre
- Members are given opportunities to connect with arts professionals and organizations in our community and beyond
- Donations may also be used to fund fields trips and masterclass artists
Behind the Scenes Sponsorships - $250
Costume Sponsorship
Your sponsorship will highlight the work of costumer designers, stitchers and costume shop management
- May fund specific costumes that are being created by AET costumers or rented for an AET production
- Recognition in playbill and on website
- Private meeting with Resident Costume Designer and/or Production Costume Designer to tour costume inventory and discuss approach, challenges and victories
Backstage Sponsorship
Your sponsorship will highlight the work of the stage managers, lighting, sound and video designers
- Recognition in playbill and on website
- Private meeting with Resident Stage Manager to discuss crew/backstage roles and systems used such as the light and sound boards, and Q-lab, the software that controls the sound, video and lighting for our productions.
Set Design/Shop Equipment Sponsorship
Your sponsorship will highlight the work of the set designer and the construction crew
- Demonstrates specific support for AET designers and construction crew
- Recognition in playbill and on website
- Private meeting with Set Designer and Construction Lead to discuss the process of designing a set that supports the director’s concept and building it on-stage with only a few weeks between productions
